Maggie & Bobby {San Antonio Wedding Photographer}

I have to be honest. This wedding didn't start out exactly how I had planned. We went to the rehearsal to check out the location (since the wedding was to be held at her parent's & grandparent's home and we had never been there). Megan and I gave ourselves an hour to get to the location and since it was only 45 minutes away, we figured we were golden. Traffic is never something you can predict (especially at 1604 & 281 on a Friday at 6pm) and I certainly did not do a good job at predicting that a 45 minutes drive would take nearly three times that to complete.
I don't think I've ever had road rage, edit, road language like I did that day.
Needless to say, we show up, about an hour late and looked like complete idiots.
I've never felt so unprofessional or embarrassed...
I am, relieved to say that it was just the rehearsal and that we were really early on the wedding day.

Okay, on to the good stuff-

Maggie has an impeccable sense of style. She literally picked out all of the details of the wedding. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED her centerpieces- those are actual pieces of wood! Megan and I were blown away by all of the attention to detail and think that Maggie should definitely think about becoming an event designer.
The wedding was held on her families property and flowed seamlessly from the wedding to the cocktail hour to the reception.
Honestly, seeing how close Maggie's family was made me very homesick for my own family.
